Steve Hawley is a native resident of Batavia who served seven years in the Ohio National Guard and is a small business owner who has dealt with the agriculture, insurance and real estate sectors of the economy. With this experience in hand, Steve Hawley understands the issues facing Western New York.
Steve Hawley is the Assistant Republican Leader and is the ranking Republican Member of the Assembly Veteran Affairs Committee. Hawley's father, R. Stephen, Hawley, also represented Western New York in the Assembly. Hawley is a graduate of Batavia High School and has a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Toledo.
Republican Assembly Campaign Committee Chairman Will Barclay is a partner in the firm of Hiscock and Barclay, LLP, where he specializes in business law. Because of his experiences in both business and law, he understands firsthand the challenges our job creators face in New York and has focused the RACC agenda on policies and candidates that will benefit our middle-class families and our economy.
Mr. Barclay is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school, he served as a clerk for Roger Miner, a judge of the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, in Albany and New York City.
